We service homes and businesses across the Gold Coast and surrounding areas, including the corridor from Mudgeeraba to Beenleigh. Contact us if you are just outside this area and we will confirm availability.
Can you diagnose TV reception problems before replacing the antenna?
Yes. We test signal strength, signal quality and interference before recommending work. The cause may be the antenna, amplifier, cabling, connectors, splitters or wall outlets, so we diagnose the system rather than guess.
Do you supply equipment as well as install it?
Yes. We can design, supply and install complete TV, audio visual, home theatre and CCTV systems. We work with established manufacturers and provide the applicable manufacturer warranty alongside professional installation support.
Can you use my existing TV, audio or security cabling?
Often, yes. We inspect and test existing infrastructure first, then explain what can be retained and what should be upgraded for reliable performance. This keeps the solution practical without compromising the finished result.
Will my CCTV cameras work from my phone?
Our smart CCTV systems can support live viewing, notifications, snapshots and recorded footage on compatible Android and iOS devices. We also configure the app and show you how to use the system after installation.
What warranty is included with CCTV installations?
Visual HiFi provides a 24-month warranty on supplied CCTV camera systems and installations, with ongoing technical support available after handover.
Do you work on commercial properties?
Yes. We provide domestic and commercial TV, audio visual, data cabling and CCTV solutions, including scalable multi-camera systems and professional planning for larger properties.
